These are the works completed as part of your assessment:

1. Layout system and design
We inspect how your plumbing has been installed throughout the home. This allows us to identify if the system’s design or pipework may be restricting water flow.

2. Meter setup and pressure testing
We check the water meter installation and measure both the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure at the meter. This shows whether the issue begins at the street supply or further inside your system.

3. Hot water system
We inspect the existing hot water unit to confirm it has been installed correctly and in accordance with plumbing standards. Incorrect installation or undersized pipework can reduce hot water flow.

4. Indoor tap testing
We measure flow rates from taps, showers, and fixtures inside your home to see if water pressure is performing as it should.

5. Outdoor tap testing
We test pressure and flow at outdoor taps to confirm whether the issue is isolated to certain areas or affects the entire property.

6. Pressure drop test
We simulate real household usage by running multiple fixtures at the same time and recording how much the pressure drops. This shows how well your system performs when demand is higher.

7. Recommendations and solutions
We provide a clear summary of our findings together with tailored recommendations to fix the issues. This may include system upgrades, pipework adjustments, or pressure boosting options to achieve the right outcome.
